The structure is situated in the centre of the old town of Spello, for Roman civilization 'La splendidissima colonia Julia', today a village rich of big cultural and artistic resources, between Assisi and Spoleto in the green heart of Umbria. The structure takes its name from the S. Sisto Church next to it, and we can admire its ruins that are next to our rooms. The rooms, independent among them, have been obtained by a typical house set among Roman walls that surround the old town center, reachable going through one of the most charming lanes of Spello, adorned with flowers during all the months of the year.
